The flowers were very nice, but nothing like the colour I ordered. I understand florists can’t always source the exact flowers shown on the website, but when a colour change is made from a pale pink, cream and white combination to all bright, dark pink the customer should be consulted and given options. The florist had my contact details. Many florists list flower arrangement options as pastels or bright colours.
